Dave Tucker - Responsible Individual

Dave has served as CEO since 2022 and has been working with the Agency since 2013. He holds a BSc in Social Work from the University of the West of England, graduating in 2007. Dave’s career includes extensive work in a child protection team, both as a case-holding social worker and as a team manager.

Throughout his career, Dave has supported children facing complex needs, including those with attachment disorders and those who have experienced physical or sexual abuse and neglect. Dave is experienced in working effectively with parents and children; and has developed a deep understanding of the challenges posed by drug and alcohol addiction, learning difficulties, and domestic violence, particularly in the context of how these factors affect parenting capacity.

Registered Manager - Kelly Burglund

Kelly began her career in social care while completing her Psychology degree in 2010. Before qualifying as a social worker, she gained experience supporting vulnerable adults and children within the voluntary sector. During her employment, Kelly developed significant expertise working with families facing complex challenges, including mothers in prison, parents with learning difficulties, addiction issues, and parental mental health concerns.

She qualified as a Social Worker in 2015 after earning an MSc in Social Work from Bristol University. As a children's social worker, Kelly built experience in safeguarding, care proceedings, and adoption assessment across various Local Authority teams. In March 2019, she joined Richmond House as an assessing social worker.

Kelly is a trained practice educator, having mentored numerous students, and is ParentAssess certified. Kelly was appointed Centre Manager of FA&SS in July 2022.

Operations Manager - Laurel Bell

Laurel qualified as a social worker in 2016. Before qualifying, Laurel gained experience at a parent and child residential assessment centre and an adults' drug and alcohol rehabilitation unit. As a social worker, Laurel has worked with children and their families, serving in a local authority for eight years. Laurel has held roles as both a social worker and a team manager within safeguarding and assessment teams. In July 2024, Laurel joined Richmond House as Operations Manager, working closely with our Registered Manager Kelly. Throughout her career, Laurel has completed parenting assessments and is trained in ParentAssess.
